Ever since I can remember, I was always interested in mixing ingredients to make something new. As a child I learned from my family the secrets of our Italian cooking heritage. After making many of the dishes myself, word spread and I was asked to cook for friends of the family for their dinner parties.
Growing up, I realized that I had a gift for cooking and decided to turn my passion into a thriving career. Having worked in a variety of catering venues from sporting function rooms to gastro pubs I decided to set up my own company.
Al Dente Catering Ltd is an up and coming, new and local Catering Company in the Buckinghamshire / Hertfordshire area, always exploring new cuisines or fresh cooking methods.
We are here to give you what you want and how you want it. Our mission is nothing less than “food done just right” and this has driven us through the opening and setup of Al Dente Catering Ltd so much so that we used it on our logo.
We take great care with allergens and dietary requirements throughout our menu and offerings as we understand the importance of getting these right for you. Wherever possible we source fresh ingredients from the most local supplier we can find.
